1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing TimeMagic, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or your organization. If you do not agree, do not use TimeMagic.
2. Service description
TimeMagic provides time-tracking, reporting, and productivity tools delivered as a cloud-based service. We may add, change, or remove features, but will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid term without notice.
3. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and notifying us promptly of unauthorized access.
- You must provide accurate information and keep billing and contact details current.
- Workspace owners and admins control access to their workspace data and may manage or remove members.
- We may require multi-factor authentication or other security controls to protect the service.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Pricing, plan limits, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or within your workspace settings.
- Fees are payable in advance for each billing period and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- Taxes may apply based on your billing address and will be added as required.
- Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension; we will attempt to notify you before taking action.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt or interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or probe, scan, or test its vulnerability.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or invasive content.
- Use TimeMagic in compliance with applicable privacy, labor, and data-protection laws, including providing any required notices to end users whose data you enter.
- Automated usage (e.g., bots or scripts) must respect rate limits and not degrade service performance.
6. User content and intellectual property
- You retain ownership of content you submit to TimeMagic. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.
- TimeMagic and its licensors retain all rights to the service, software, and branding. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law.
7. Privacy and data protection
Your use of TimeMagic is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data, and how you can exercise your rights.
8. Service availability
- We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access; when possible, we will schedule these to minimize disruption.
- Beta or pre-release features are provided “as-is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
9. Termination and data deletion
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless we agree otherwise.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, security risks, or non-payment. We will attempt to provide notice when legally permitted.
- Upon termination we may delete workspace data after any required retention periods. You are responsible for exporting data before closure; contact us if you need help retrieving data after termination.
10. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and disputes
- TimeMagic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties beyond those required by law.
- To the extent permitted, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to TimeMagic in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will post updates with the date above and, when appropriate, provide notice in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
